How do I get a gift certificate?

Either you visit me in my office and purchase the gift certificate directly (please make an appointment) or you send me your complete address and the details concerning the gift certificate via email. I will then send you my bank account information and you can transfer the amount to my business account. As soon as the amount is received you will find your own gift certificate in the mail.
